Happy World Kindness Day! We began a new initiative at school today. There are large letters (C.E.S.) displayed in the hallway. We will use these letters to create our 'kindness tree,' a visual representation of the kindness we all share. At CES, students and teacher will be adding their school photo to large letters as they witness acts of kindness. THE BIG IDEA: We are all in this together. Kindness exists within us all. We must constantly retrain our brains to focus on the positive in a world where it is all too easy to focus on the negatives. Showcasing the number of intentional acts of kindness from members of our school family will inspire us all to do more!
