Mac

Logansport High School (LHS) is proud to announce the induction of Harry “Mac” McNaught, Class of 1972, into its prestigious Hall of Distinction. Mac is being honored for a lifetime of exemplary achievement in law, business, and civic leadership.

A standout student leader and tennis MVP during his time at LHS, Mac was elected Governor of Hoosier Boys State in 1971 and later represented Indiana at Boys Nation in Washington, D.C.

He continued his academic and athletic pursuits at Wabash College, where he served as president of his fraternity, a student senator, and a member of the tennis team. He graduated magna cum laude in 1976, then earned his law degree from Duke University in 1979. Mac began his legal career at Baker & Daniels (now Faegre Drinker), rising to the level of partner.

In 1991, Mac founded Denison Properties Inc., where he continues to serve as President. Under his leadership, the company has significantly contributed to the development of residential, industrial, and commercial properties throughout the region.

A respected leader in both finance and education, Mac currently serves on the boards of Wabash College and the Indiana Finance Authority. In 2011, he was honored with the NAIOP Real Estate Legend Award and named 2024 Man of the Year by the Wabash Club of Indianapolis.

Mac has pursued a life-long passion for conservation and the restoration of native wildlife habitats.  In recognition of these interests, Mac was invited last year to join the board of trustees of the Indiana Chapter of The Nature Conservancy.

Widely recognized as a dedicated philanthropist and civic leader, Mac McNaught exemplifies the values of service, excellence, and community pride. His lifelong contributions continue to inspire the Logansport and Cass County communities.

Mac currently resides in Carmel, Indiana, with his wife, Sarah. They have two children, Mary and John, and five grandchildren.
